Data Policy

This Data Policy describes the categories of data B.E.S. Instructional Framework™ processes, where it is stored, and the safeguards applied. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Data categories & purposes

Identity & account — to authenticate you and grant curriculum access.
Subscription & payment — to bill and manage your membership (processed by Stripe; we store subscription status and identifiers, not card data).
Learning activity — enrollment and access records used to deliver the portal experience.
Technical & security logs — to detect abuse, prevent unauthorized copying, and keep the service available.

Sub-processors

Stripe — payment processing.
Hosting / WPMU DEV — application hosting.
Content delivery (Bunny.net) — media streaming and assets.
Email / SMTP provider — transactional and account email.

Storage & security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS). Sensitive credentials are stored using industry-standard encryption. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.

Your rights over your data

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at info@besframework.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Intellectual-property note

All curriculum content remains the property of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Your right to access content does not transfer any ownership and does not permit copying, downloading, or redistribution. See our Terms of Use.
