By accessing besframework.com and the B.E.S. Instructional Framework™ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership & access

Individual memberships grant a single named teacher a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the curriculum for use in their own classroom. Institutional licences are governed by the separate signed agreement for that institution.

2. Intellectual property — copying and downloading prohibited

All content within the Service — including lesson plans, read-aloud guides, artifacts, slides, documents, media, designs, and the B.E.S. Instructional Framework™ name and marks — is the exclusive property of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, download, save, screen-capture, scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, in whole or in part, by any means, except where an explicit on-screen “download” control is provided for a specific resource and you use it solely for your own permitted classroom use. Sharing your login, or providing access to non-subscribers, is prohibited.

Any unauthorized copying or distribution is a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of intellectual-property rights, and may result in immediate termination of access without refund and in legal action.

You agree not to attempt to circumvent access controls, content-protection measures, or technical limits of the Service.

4. Billing, renewal & cancellation

Memberships renew automatically as described at checkout and in our Refund Policy. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including unauthorized copying or distribution of content.

6. Disclaimer & liability
