Refund Policy

Individual Teachers

We offer a full refund within the first 5 days of your initial membership purchase, no questions asked. After the 5-day window, memberships are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current annual term remains active through its end date.

Schools, Districts & Institutions

Institutional partnerships are non-refundable. Because each agreement is custom-designed — including professional development, onboarding, and ongoing partnership support — terms, deliverables, and exit conditions are set in the signed agreement at the start of the engagement.
